GOAL – PEACOCK PLAZA ENRICHMENT
Enrich Peacock Plaza so it is an inviting atmosphere which encourages, supports, facilitates our community connections and contributes to the desirability of living in this community.
A town square has been a central feature of cities for centuries because it serves a valuable function in community life. It brings people together to interact in a safe place, exchange ideas and words and built a sense of safety and wellbeing.
Peacock Plaza is the perfect location to serve that function. Now it is used only for special events and it is wonderful in that respect. With a small amount of functional intention, it can become a welcoming location for Rossmoor residents to be used daily.
